NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Jim DeTrude, director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), Nissan North America, is promoted to the position of vice president, Sales & Marketing, Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.
In his new role, which is effective January 1, 2018, DeTrude will have responsibility for the sales, marketing and remarketing function for NMAC, Nissan's captive finance company, in the U.S. DeTrude will report to Kevin Cullum, president, NMAC.
DeTrude joined Nissan in 1987, and he has served in a variety of positions in the Sales, Market Representation, Dealer Operations, Advertising and Marketing functions for the Nissan and INFINITI brands as well as NMAC.
"With three decades of service at Nissan, Jim brings a wealth of experience to lead NMAC's sales and marketing efforts," said Cullum. "Jim will play an important role as we look to continue to bring innovative solutions to market for our customers."
